Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ck3 platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between ck3 and its users. They are drafted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Users must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to use the platform.
Ck3 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & Policy
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on ck3. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.
- Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, PIN) strictly confidential.
- Sharing your account or account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Ck3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or identification of any security risk.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must observe the following rules when using the ck3 platform:
- Any misuse, hacking, or unauthorized use of platform services is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated tools, bots, or software for betting or gaming is not permitted.
- Fraudulent tactics or collusion against other users are strictly prohibited.
- Posting or sharing obscene, threatening, or discriminatory content on the platform is not allowed.
- It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
In the event of a violation of the above rules, ck3 reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice and, where applicable, take legal action.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on ck3 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Payments are sent to the mobile number registered on the account; transfers to a different number are not possible.
- Ck3 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment if fraudulent transactions or irregularities are suspected.
- Deposited funds may take some time to become fully active before they can be used for betting.

Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third Parties
Intellectual Property
All content on the ck3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck3. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any such content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The ck3 platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. ck3 is not directly liable for any loss arising from technical disruptions, network issues, or third-party failures. Users are personally responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming.
Third-Party Services
Ck3 is not responsible for the quality or security of any third-party services or content available on the platform. Users are advised to review third-party terms and conditions independently.
Changes to Terms, Dispute Resolution & Contact
Ck3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. For significant updates, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through their registered contact details.
